Boston College will host Hartford on Wednesday, December 9 at Conte Forum at 7 p.m. Fans can purchase tickets prior to the game at the gate. The Eagles (6-1) are coming off a four-game road stand in which they went 3-1. BC's last victory was on Thursday, Dec. 3 at Purdue. The Eagles defeated the Boilermakers, 58-56, on a three-point shot from senior guard Nicole Boudreau with 7.4 to play in the game.
Hartford is currently 4-3 and defeated Central Connecticut State on Dec. 2, 49-41.

- The Eagles have a 10-1 edge in the overall series. BC is 6-0 at home and 4-1 on the road vs. the Hawks.
- BC defeated Hartford on the road last year, 73-61, behind 22 points from Kelly Hughes and 15 from Kat Cooper.
- BC's only loss to Hartford came on Dec. 10, 2011 at Hartford (54-45).
- The Eagles and Hawks first meeting came on Dec. 14, 1985. BC defeated Hartford, 80-40.

- Boston College is 2-1 with victories over Utah and Purdue. The Eagles only loss in the three-game span was against then No. 21 Oklahoma, 76-61, on Nov. 28.
- In the three games, Boston College is shooting 45.7 percent from the floor and 39.4 percent from long range. Kelly Hughes is actually shooting 42.3 percent from the three-point line while Mariella Fasoula and Nicole Boudreau are shooting 56 percent from the field.
- In the three games, the Eagles have lost the battle of the boards (96-78) but averaged 21.3 assists per game and just 14.3 turnovers. BC only took 34 foul shots in the three games, while the Eagles opponents went to the line 82 times.
- Kelly Hughes is leading BC in scoring at 14.3 points per game in three games. Nicole Boudreau is averaging 13.7 while rookie Mariella Fasoula is averaging 12.7 points in the three-game span.
- BC is currently 14th in the country and 2nd in the ACC in 3-point field goal percentage (39.5%). The Eagles are ranked fourth in the ACC in 3-point shots per game (7.3) and 56th in the country.
- There are three reasons why BC continues to thrive from the outside - senior Nicole Boudreau, junior Kelly Hughes and junior Emilee Daley. The three players - Boudreau, Hughes and Daley - have hit 47 of the 51 three's made be the Eagles this season.
- Nicole Boudreau moved to third all-time with 215 career three-pointers made. She needs 37 to tie the program record of 252 held by Kerri Shields '13.
- Junior Kelly Hughes leads BC, the ACC and is second in the country in three's made (28). She is 17th country and second in the ACC in 3-point field goal percentage.
- Junior Emilee Daley is shooting 35 percent from the arc (10-for-29). Last week against Utah, Daley hit three at the start of the fourth quarter to put the game away. She finished with four three's and 12 points, three rebounds and three steals. Her personal best is five three's in the win over Duke on Jan. 22.
- Since Coach Erik Johnson arrived at BC, this is the best record the team has posted in the month of November (5-1). Since joining the ACC, BC's best mark in the month was 6-0 in the 2010-11 season. In the Eagles first season in the ACC, the team went 6-1 with its only loss to UConn in the preseason WNIT Tournament.
- Seven games in last season, BC was 4-3 overall and hit 65-of-172 from the three-point arc. This year, BC is 6-1 and 51-of-129 from long range.
- Senior Nicole Boudreau leads all current BC players in career starts with 92. The program record for starts is 133 held by Carolyn Swords '10.
- Junior Kelly Hughes has played in 56 games and has 44 career starts. Despite leading the team in scoring as a freshman, she played in all 31 games but only started nine games.
- Freshman Mariella Fasoula has started the last three games. In the three-game run she is averaging 12.7 points and 5.3 rebounds while shooting 56 percent from the floor.
- BC will host a double-header on Sunday, Dec. 13. The women's team will host New Hampshire at 1 p.m. Fans can purchase tickets at the game. The men's game against Maine will follow at 5 p.m.
