- Boston College started the game with a 16-3 run over the first 5:15. Robinson had seven points in the opening stretch.
- The Eagles led, 27-17, when Maine scored seven unanswered points to make it a 27-24 game with four minutes left in the half.
- BC responded with a 17-3 run over the next 2:54 to build a 44-27 lead with less than a minute left and took a 44-29 lead into the locker room.
- The Eagles scored the first 11 points of the second half to take a 55-29 lead a little over four minutes in. Clifford had four of the points.
- The lead was over 20 points the rest of the way.
