SERIES HISTORY

This will be the 49th meeting between the Eagles and the Orange
Syracuse leads the all-time series, 29-19, and is 13-6 at home
The last time the Eagles won in the Carrier Dome was in 1999 in a one-point victory on Oct. 30, as John Matich hit a 34-yard field goal with 2:57 to play in the game and Frank Chamberlain made a game-saving tackle one yard shy on a fourth-and-14 conversion with just over a minute to play to seal the BC victory
