Football Announces Mid-Year Enrollees

Chestnut Hill, Mass. - Four freshmen have enrolled at Boston College for the spring (2015) semester, according to head coach Steve Addazio. Wide receiver Nolan Borgersen, offensive linemen Chris Lindstrom, Jr., linebacker Jimmy Martin and quarterback Elijah Robinson have started classes and will practice with the Eagles this spring.
Borgersen, a 6-foot-3, 190-pound Washington Township, N.J., native recorded over 100 receiving yards in six games his senior season at Westwood Regional High School. With 1,342 yards on 91 receptions and 24 touchdowns, he was named The Record's Offensive Player of the Year. He set the state receiving record for career catches (247), yards (4,212) and touchdowns (52) and as a junior, he set the single-season records for receiving yards (1,894) and touchdown (27). He is a two-time first-team all-state, All-Group 2 and All-Bergen County honoree.
Lindstrom is a 6-foot-5, 240-pound lineman from Dudley, Mass. The Shepherd Hill product recently played in the Blue-Grey All-American Bowl and was named to the 2014 Massachusetts Football Coaches All-State team. He is a two-time ESPN Boston All-State selection and earned ESPN Boston's Lineman of the Year award. As a junior, Lindstrom was named Massachusetts Division 4 Co-Offensive Player of the Year and SWCL Player of the Year. His father, Chris Lindstrom, Sr., was a hall of fame lineman at Boston University and spent three seasons in the NFL, while his uncle, Eric, played defensive end at The Heights (1984-88).
Martin, a 6-foot, 220-pound linebacker from Maitland, Fla., attended Orangewood Christian School. As a senior, he earned all-state second team honors and was a three-star recruit from rivals.com. He was also ranked the 17th-best Central Florida football player by Bright House Sports Network. As a freshman, he was named a Max Prep Freshman All-American.
Robinson is a 6-foot-2, 185-pound dual threat quarterback from Montclair, N.J. He recorded a 23-1 record as a starter, amassing 6,431 all-purpose yards and 84 touchdowns in two seasons. Montclair earned three state titles in Robinson's time there, going 35-1 as a varsity player. As a senior, he earned first-team all-state honors, Essex County Player of the Year accolades and was the state's fifth-leading rusher with 1,842 yards while completing 67-of141 pass for 1,699 yards.
