BC HIGHLIGHTS

Junior Ryan Anderson recorded 11 points, 11 rebounds, three assists and two steals. It was his 19th career double-double and he is the active ACC leader in that category.

Sophomore Olivier Hanlan scored a game-high 18 points while adding four rebounds and three assists.

Sophomore Joe Rahon registered 13 points, four rebounds, four assists and a pair of steals.

Junior Patrick Heckmann scored eight points in eight minutes off the bench.

TURNING POINT
After Boston College had cut the deficit to one point early in the in the second half, Notre Dame responded with a 10-2 run to build a 55-46 lead.

HOW IT HAPPENED

The first half featured all six ties and six lead changes in the game.

Boston College was on top, 27-26, but Notre Dame scored seven straight points to take a 33-27 lead with 4:11 left in the half.

The Irish lead reached six points, 35-29, with just under two minutes to go. That was the largest lead of the first half.

Notre Dame took a 38-35 lead into the locker room.

Boston College scored seven unanswered points early in the second to cut an eight-point deficit to 45-44.

The Irish responded with a 10-2 run to build a 55-46 lead.

BC cut the lead back down to four, 63-59, with 3:12 to go, but the Irish built its lead back up to 10 points with 36 seconds on the clock.
