Schedule Changes Announced

Chestnut Hill, Mass. – The softball game between Boston College and Harvard scheduled for Thursday, April 19 has been cancelled due to a scheduling conflict for the Crimson. However, Eagles head coach Ashley Obrest announced that the rain out between BC and Bryant University will be made up on Thursday, May 3 at 4p.m.
The Eagles host the UMass Minutewomen today at 4 p.m., before resuming conference play at Florida State on Saturday, April 21.
BC ranks second in the ACC for slugging (.421) and third for batting (.275). Andrea Filler tops the conference with a .647 slugging percentage, with Brittany Wilkins (.583) and Nicole D’Argento (.568) rated fifth and seventh. The trio is also counted among the top 10 averages in the ACC, as D’Argento (.356) is third, Wilkins (.354) and Filler (.341) is seventh. They are also features in the top 10 for hits, on-base pct., home runs, total bases.
