
Men's Cross Country Places Ninth at the ACC Championship

The men's cross country team finished ninth overall out of 12 teams in the ACC championship. Sophomore Patrick Mellea finished 18th overall out of a field of 96 runners.
Mellea finished the course in 24 minutes, 29.1 seconds, while freshman Timothy Ritchie placed 31st overall. Ritchie crossed the line in 24:53.2.
Junior Mark Alizzi was the next BC runner to cross the line, coming in 40th overall in 25:05.1. Classmate Stephen Walsh was 48th with a time of 25:24.8.
Freshman David Emerson and senior Drew Wiechnicki finished 70th and 71st with time of 25:49.4 and 25:53.6, respectively.
Senior Joseph Lesniak and Dan Springer rounded out the Eagles eight runners. Lesniak was 74th overall, while Springer was 85th.
