Killer Kealty ... Sophomore Joe Kealty is one of five Eagles to play in and start all 36 games this season ... The Coaching Staff... BC head coach, Peter Hughes, is in his first year as skipper of the Eagles ... Hughes came to the Heights from Trinity University (TX) where he was the head coach for two years ... He served as an assistant coach at Northeastern from 1991-95 ... In the Dugout... Joining Hughes are three assistant coaches, Rob Carpentier, Justin Cronk and Rob Mason. Carpentier was the head coach at New Hampshire in 1997 and has also coached at UMass-Lowell ... Cronk came to the Heights after playing four years at Amherst College ... Mason played four years at Northeastern (1993-97).

* Head coach Peter Hughes enjoys a wealth of players from the state of Massachusetts ... Twenty-two of the 31 Eagles (71 percent) are from Massachusetts.
* Seniors Sean McGowan and Jeff Waldron, and junior Stephen Langone all played in the 1998 New England All-Star game.
* Senior Jeff Waldron was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 12th round of the 1998 baseball draft.
