Before BC: Swam for two teams during his high school career...a member of the Freehold Township High School Swimming Patriots, a varsity sport which he established his sophomore year...placed in many events, yet the pride of the team came from the 200 yard freestyle relay which placed second in the Monmouth County, NJ...also swam with the YMCA of Western Monmouth...captain of the team this year and traveled with the short course national team to Ft. Lauderdale to compete in the 100 Yard Backstroke with a 55.63.
