CROSS COUNTRY: Ran a 26:05.9 at the Nassaney Invitational… Ran a PR in the 8K at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championship with a time of 26:15.5, placing seventh.
INDOOR: Set a PR in the 1000m at the 2019 Beantown Challenge with a time of 2:37.76. Ran a PR in the mile with a time of 4:16.68 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
OUTDOOR: Ran a PR of 3:59.58 in the 1500m that earned him a second place finish at the North Florida Spring Break Invitational. Placed seventh in the 4x1500m at the Raleigh Relays. Ran a PR in the mile with a time of 4:18.87 at the Ocean State Invitational.
AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18)
Cross Country: Started his collegiate career at the Coast-To-Coast Battle in Beantown where he ran the 8K race in a personal-best 27:06.3 … competed in the 8K at the New England Championships, crossing the line in 28:08.3.
Indoor: Ran a personal-best mile at the Boston University Season Opener in 4:22.82 ... placed seventh at the Boston University Multi Team Meet in the 800 with a time of 1:56.10 ... competed at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic in the 800, 4x4 and distance medley relay, running a personal-best 800 at 1:56.03
Outdoor: Ran the 1500 at the UNF Spring Break Invitational in 4:01.94, a personal record ... placed fourth at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational in the 1500 with a time of 4:02.98 ... ran the 1500 at the ACC Outdoor Championships, finishing in 4:03.65
