Tyler Futrell is entering his first season as a graduate manager with the Boston College men's basketball team.
Futrell served as head manager under head coach Earl Grant. In that role, Futrell managed road game and day-to-day practice logistics, while also assisting in film preparation for the coaching staff.
He also served as a peer academic coach for two years at CofC, working with incoming freshmen and at-risk students, helping create academic schedules and serving as a resource for any concerns.
A native of Charleston, S.C., Futrell earned a bachelors degree in history from the College of Charleston in 2021 and is currently pursuing his masters in sports administration from Boston College.
