Kamryn Rodriguez enters her third season with the Boston College Football program, her first as Director of Recruiting Operations after serving as Director of On-Campus Recruiting for the previous two seasons. In this role, Rodriguez is responsible for prospective student-athletes and their official visits to campus, communicating with their families, and other recruiting logistics.Â
Prior to arriving at The Heights, Rodriguez worked as an On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator/Operations Assistant for the Army Football program in 2023 before being promoted to Director of Football Recruiting Operations in 2024. Â
Before her time at West Point, Rodriguez worked at MGM as the Special Events Marketing Coordinator and State University of New York Athletic Conference as an Administrative Operations Assistant.
Rodriguez earned her degree in Sport Management with a concentration in Sport Event and Facility Management including a minor in Computer Applications from SUNY Cortland in May of 2022. At Cortland, Rodriguez was a part of the Gymnastics team, serving as the team captain. Rodriguez is currently working towards a master’s degree in Sport Administration at Boston College.Â
