Conor Raad enters his first season with the Boston College Football program as Defensive Analyst.

Prior to his arrival on The Heights, Raad was Defensive Backs Coach at Central Methodist University in Fayette, Mo. Under Raad’s guidance, the Eagles totaled 15 interceptions, which ranked top five in the Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC).

Raad previously spent time as Assistant to the Head Coach at the University of Oklahoma in the spring of 2025 under Brent Venables. Additionally, he served as Volunteer Analyst for the Sooners from January 2022 to January 2024, assisting with the defensive backs and breaking down film for opponent analysis.

In between his stints at OU, Raad served as Senior Defensive Analyst for inside linebackers at the University of Central Florida from January to December of 2024.

He also got three and a half years of experience at his alma mater, Louisiana State University, as a student worker for the football program. He graduated from LSU in December 2021 with a degree in Sports Administration and Leadership.
