Three Eagles Earn Invitations to 2026 NFL Scouting Combine

Boston College has sent at least three players to the showcase in back-to-back years
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Offensive lineman Jude Bowry, defensive end Quintayvious Hutchins and offensive lineman Logan Taylor earned invitations to the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine, the league announced on Wednesday. The three Eagles' 2025 captains represented the program in the Panini Senior Bowl two weeks ago in Mobile, Ala.Â
Bowry started nine games at left tackle without allowing a sack in 320 total dropback snaps in 2025. He provided time for a Boston College passing attack that ranked 14th nationally in total passing offense, averaging 280.2 yards per game, which was third-best in the ACC.
Hutchins played in 10 games with nine starts at defensive end for the Eagles last season, totaling 35 tackles, seven quarterback hits and two sacks. Hutchins spent his entire five-year career at Boston College, appearing in 40 career games with 16 starts.Â
Taylor started all 12 games for Boston College in 2025, making eight starts at right guard, three at left tackle, and one at right tackle en route to All-ACC Second Team and Associated Press All-ACC Second Team honors. He was the team's highest-rated run blocker per Pro Football Focus (PFF), earning a grade of 73.8.Â
The date of Boston College's annual NFL Pro Day will be released at a later date.
A total of 319 prospects have been invited to attend this year's NFL Scouting Combine, which will take place at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Ind. from February 23 through March 2.
