Before BC: Played two seasons at Texas Tech after maintaining his redshirt in 2021... in 2022: led Texas Tech in every receiving category... became sixth freshman in program history to lead team in receiving yards... made 52 catches for 751 yards and six touchdowns...ranked third among FBS freshman in receiving yards...in 2023: named to preseason All-Big 12 Team, named to Biletnikoff Award preseason watch list, and named to Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award preseason watch list.
High School: Four-star prospect by ESPN and 247Sports...Attended DeSoto High School in Dallas-Fort Worth...High School All-American finalist by Sports Illustrated... As a senior, earned First-Team All-District honors and Third-Team All-State, catching 57 passes for 784 yards and eight touchdowns... earned First-Team TAPPS All-State and All-District honors as a junior as well.
