AS A FRESHMAN (2018)

A four-year member of the Rice Memorial High School baseball team in South Burlington, Vt., under the director of Jamie Merhant … went on for a postgraduate year at Avon Old Farms under head coach Brian Doyle … helped the Knights to a Division I State Championship in 2014 and 2015 … captained the team in 2016 … earned first-team all-state honors as a sophomore, junior and senior … in 2014, went 7-0 with a 1.37 ERA, striking out 85 over 71.2 innings and to go along with a .490 batting average … went 10-0 with a 0.62 ERA with a Vermont Metro League leading 98 strikeouts over 65 innings and a .455 average at the plate … ranked the top overall player in Vermont by Perfect Game USA … collected Perfect Game USA All-American Northeast Region honorable mention honors in 2017 … named to the Second-Team Northeast Region Team … earned a spot on Perfect Games USA’s 17-U World Series All-Tournament Team in 2015 and the High School Showdown All-Tournament Team in 2017 … also played hockey at Rice, captaining the team in 2015 and 2016 … member of the Avon Old Farms honor roll … Relay For Life Captain in 2017 … member of the school play all four years at Rice.
