Credentials
Credentials may be picked up at media will-call, which is now located at Gate B of Conte Forum at the ticket office windows. We will not mail any credentials in 2020, they must be picked up at Gate B on gamedays.

Acceptance of a credential acknowledges and assumes risks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and the bearer agrees not to use the credential in the event that he or she is sick or symptomatic.

Health and Safety Protocols
Temperature checks will be administered on site and individuals must affirm that they do not feel ill or have been in contact with an individual who has the COVID-19 virus. Individuals with a temperature above 100.4 degrees will not be permitted into the facility. A link will be provided to those who receive credentials.

A multi-layered face covering must be worn at all times in the arena and press box. Media representatives must bring their own face covering that fully covers their nose and mouth, plus any other personal protective equipment they wish to use. Rest rooms are available on the Gate D side (Power Gym) of the concourse. Hand sanitizer dispensers and sanitizing wipes will also be available.
