AS A GRADUATE (2021)
Started eight games on the mound in 17 appearances, posting a 4-3 record and a 4.99 ERA… had 73 strikeouts on the season with only 20 walks in 70.1 innings pitched… fanned five in four-scoreless innings in his BC debut at Charleston Southern (2/21) to get the win... earned the save in three-shutout innings with five strikeouts to clinch a series at Duke (2/28)... struck out eight in five innings of work, giving up no runs against North Carolina (3/21)… pitched 7.2 innings against North Carolina State (4/11), giving up three runs and striking out 11… tossed seven innings of one-run ball with three strikeouts and no walks against Notre Dame (4/24)... earned the series-clinching win with a six-inning start vs. Miami (5/2)... put away seven batters by strikeout in 3.2 innings of work against Pitt (5/8).
BEFORE BC
Played four seasons at Yale... elected team captain as a senior and made four pitching appearances, including three starts, with 15 strikeouts in 18 innings... earned First Team All-Ivy League in 2019 with a 6-4 record, 3.52 ERA and 76 strikeouts in 76.2 innings... pitched 10 games, including two starts with 11 strikeouts and a 3.38 ERA in 18.2 innings... named Honorable Mention All-Ivy as a freshman... earned a spot on the NCAA Corvallis Regional All-Regional Team... hit .337 in 98 at bats with four home runs and started six games on the mound.

Son of Lisa and Gregory Stiegler, both mother and father graduated from Central Missouri… father played baseball as a RHP and designated hitter for Central Missouri... grandfather Bob Stiegler was a professional golfer.
