Segalla Qualifies for 400m Final at ACC Outdoor Championships

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Sydney Segalla ran the fastest 400m prelim time to qualify for tomorrow's Final, as the Boston College Women's Track and Field Team competed in the second day of the ACC Outdoor Championships Friday evening.
ACC Outdoor Championships
- Sydney Segalla cruised to the 400m Final after running a 51.38 to win her heat and set the fastest 400m prelim time. She looks to become the first ACC athlete since 2022 to sweep the indoor and outdoor 400m championships.
- In the 800m prelim, Iris Bergman logged a season-best time of 2:06.32, good for 13th place overall.
Next Up: The Eagles conclude action at the 2026 ACC Outdoor Championships, as Segalla, Imogen Gardiner, Molly FitzPatrick and the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams compete in their respective finals tomorrow evening. Action begins at 4:00 p.m. and will be streaming on ACCNX.
