Johnson Competes at NCAA Championships

Lydia Johnson competes in Women's Saber Competition
SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Lydia Johnson opened the Eagles' trip to the NCAA National Championships with the first three rounds of the women's saber competition. Johnson won six of her 15 bouts during the afternoon and sits in 12th place after Day One of competition.
Johnson will return to competition for the fourth and fifth rounds tomorrow morning, beginning at 9:00 a.m. If Johnson finishes in the top four, she will move into the semifinals beginning at 1:30 p.m.
