Eagles coming off fourth place finish at Surf Club Invitational
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College Men's Golf team is back in action this weekend, competing in the Seminole Intercollegiate at the Seminole Legacy Golf Club, hosted by Florida State. The first round will be beginning Sunday, March 15 at 8:30 a.m.
Â
Seminole Legacy Golf Club is an 18-hole championship course with a par of 72, located on the Florida State University campus and serving as the home facility for the FSU men's and women's golf teams. The course underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2020 by Nicklaus Design, with only one hole remaining from the original layout; all tees, fairways, rough, bunkers, greens, and cart paths were updated, creating a modern course with strategic challenges.
Â
Stretching up to approximately 7,800 yards from the back tees, the course features rolling elevation changes, mature live oak and pine-lined fairways, and visually striking holes, with a course rating of around 77.3 and a slope of 143 from the championship tees.
Â
The Eagles will look to follow up with another top five performance after finishing four at last week's Surf Club Invitational.
