BC Set to Face Harvard in Beanpot Semifinals

BC rides a three-game winning streak going into Monday
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The No. 13/14 Boston College men's hockey team heads to TD Garden on Monday night to take on Harvard in the Beanpot semifinals. Puck drop is slated for 5:00 p.m. and the game will be available to watch on NESN, ESPN+, and TSN+, along with radio coverage on WEEI 850 AM.
SETTING THE SCENE
• The Eagles are 14-8-1 overall and 10-5-0 in Hockey East
• The Crimson are 12-8-1 overall and 10-5-0 in ECAC Hockey
• BC is ranked No. 13 in the USCHO.com poll and No. 14 in the USA Hockey poll
BC IN THE BEANPOT
• Boston College has won 20 Beanpot Championships with the last time being in 2016. The Eagles are 83-60-1 all-time in Beanpot games
• In 47 previous Beanpot contests against Harvard, BC leads the all-time series 31-15-1. The two teams last met in the 2024 consolation game, defeating the Crimson by a score of 5-0
• Last season, the Eagles advanced to the Beanpot Championship after defeating Northeastern, 8-2, in the semifinals. BC fell to BU in the championship game, 4-1

• The Eagles picked up a 4-1 win over the Terriers at Agganis Arena
• Andre Gasseau, James Hagens, and Dean Letourneau each finished with one goal and one assist
• Brady Berard also scored for the Eagles
• Louka Cloutier made 33 saves to earn the win, posting his sixth 30+ save performance this season

• J. Hagens (12-13–25) and Letourneau (14-11–25) are tied for the team lead in points with 25 apiece
• Letourneau leads the Eagles in goals with 14
• Jake Sondreal has a team-high 14 assists and third on the team in points with 21
• Ryan Conmy and Will Vote are third on the team in goals with eight each
• Nolan Joyce leads the team in blocks with 28 and Aram Minnetian is just behind with 25
• Cloutier has a 13-6-1 record this season with a .916 save percentage and 2.16 goals against average

• The Crimson are coming off a 3-1 victory over RPI this past Friday
• Mick Thompson leads Harvard in points (23) and assists (16)
• Casey Severo boasts a team-high eight goals
• Philip Tresca and Thompson are tied for second in goals with seven each
• Ben Charette has started all 21 games between the pipes and has a 2.65 goals against average and .909 save percentage
