
Women's Hockey Drops 3–0 Decision to Colgate

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — Boston College fell 3–0 to Colgate on Saturday afternoon at Kelley Rink after the Raiders scored twice in the second period and added a third in the final frame.
After a scoreless first period, Colgate opened the scoring at 11:11 of the second when Elyssa Biederman netted an even-strength goal. The Raiders added a second marker at 14:54, again off the stick of Biederman, to take a 2–0 lead into the second intermission.
Colgate extended the lead early in the third, converting on the power play at 1:33 to make it 3–0. Boston College generated chances throughout the final frame but was unable to break through.
Senior goaltender Grace Campbell finished with 41 saves, including 15 in the second period and 17 in the third, as Colgate held a 44–29 advantage in shots on goal.
