Army and Villanova Up Next for Eagles

This weekend will feature the Military/First Responders Appreciation and Red Bandanna Games
BRIGHTON, Mass. – Boston College Softball (15-17, 3-9 ACC) is set to host Army (21-14, 5-0 PL) and Villanova (16-16-1, 8-4 Big East) this weekend for a round-robin style tournament.Â
BC will start the weekend on Friday at 1:45 against Army for the Military/First Responders Appreciation Game and will play three games against Villanova, with the annual Red Bandanna Game being played on Sunday at 11 a.m. All games will be broadcast live on the ACC Network Extra.

- This is the first meeting between the Eagles and Army.Â
- BC is 19-24 against Villanova, with their last victory coming in 2023.
- Jordan Stephens is hitting a team high .333 this season, driving in 19 runs on 32 hits, six of which were home runs.
- Gator Robinson has walked 25 times this season, the second most in the ACC. She is also tied for the fourth-most stolen bases in the conference (11).
- Hannah Slike is tied for the second-most runners caught stealing in the conference this season, tossing eight runners out.
- Freshman pitcher Bailey Kendziorski has thrown the sixth-most innings in the ACC this season (86.1). Her 60 strikeouts are ranked 11th in the conference.
- Sophomore pitcher Kelly Colleran ranks eighth in the conference for innings pitched (81.0).
- Emma Jackson's four triples are tied for the fourth-most in the conference.
