Seventh Place Finish for BC at the City of Oaks Collegiate

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Boston College finished in seventh place at the City of Oaks Collegiate. The two-day, 54-hole tournament was held March 21-22 at the Lonnie Poole Golf Course on the campus of N.C. State.

The Eagles totaled 938 for the tournament, registering team scores of 311-311-316 for the three rounds of competition.

Cynthia Zhang was BC's top finisher, tying for 14th place overall (76-74-77=227). It marked her seventh top 15 finish in as many starts this season for the Eagles. Her low round of the tournament came during Friday's second round - a 2-over 74.

Frances Kim tied for 26th place (77-77-79=233), posting a pair of 77's during Friday's two rounds of competition. Angel Lin (77-80-81=238) finished in a tie for 38th place.

Stephany Kim (81-82-79=242) tied for 57th place. Ana Lucia Trevino (83-80-83=246) tied for 68th place. Emily Böhrer, competing as an individual, finished tied for 48th place (84-81-75=240) - firing her best round of the weekend during the final day of play.

Next up for BC: the 2025 Vertex Bank Collegiate, held at the Dallas Athletic Club in Dallas, Texas from April 7-8.
