Eagles home game vs. Stonehill Wednesday will be made up at a later date
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — Boston College Baseball's home game against Stonehill this Wednesday has been postponed. The makeup date is still to be determined.Â
The Eagles' resume play this Friday at William & Mary, the first of seven games on their upcoming road trip.Â
Weekend Two Notes
• Kyle Wolff hit his third home run of the season in the Eagles' win on Saturday.
• Wolff leads the team in HR, RBI, SLG, and OBP, with homers in both BC wins.
• Through seven games, of players with at least ten ABs, five Eagles have OBPs of at least .400: Wolff, Jack Toomey, Patrick Roche, Sam McNulty, Vince Cimini, and Adam Magpoc.
• Joey Ryan has seven strikeouts in four innings pitched across two relief appearances.
• Tyler Mudd leads the team in strikeouts, with nine in just 6.1 IP.
• Freshman Cesar Gonzalez registered two scoreless frames and earned the win in game one of Saturday's doubleheader, and started game two at catcher.
