
Eagles to Play Three Games in Pirate Invitational

BC's first two games were canceled due to weather
GREENVILLE, N.C. - The Boston College Softball team continues their 2025 campaign in Greenville, North Carolina for the Pirate Invitational this weekend, hosted by East Carolina University. The Eagles were originally supposed to play five games in three days starting on Friday, however inclement weather led to two of BC's games on Friday being canceled.Â
The Eagles are now set to take on Canisius University and Loyola University Chicago on Saturday, and will play the host ECU on Sunday.

at East Carolina University (11:30 a.m.)

- This is the first time in program history that BC will face off against Canisius University and Loyola University Chicago.
- The Eagles are 1-3 against ECU all-time, with their lone win coming in their last game against the Pirates in 2019.
- Senior Zoe Hines is hitting .393 with 11 hits in 28 at bats, while recording 23 put outs on defense.
- Hannah Slike is hitting .355 with 11 hits and four RBIs across 10 starts thus far.
- Shortstop Gator Robinson is tied for the second-most walks in the ACC so far this season, drawing eight.
