
Eagles Bounce Back Against Binghamton

BC faces Duke this afternoon in a non-conference matchup
GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Boston College softball continued the Bubly Invitational on Friday morning with a 2-0 win over Binghamton University.
Kelly Colleran was in the circle for the Eagles again, throwing 5.1 innings while dishing two strikeouts and allowing just one hit. In 24 innings pitched so far this season, opposing batters are hitting just .153 when facing Colleran.
Both teams remained scoreless until the fifth inning, when Maycee Hilt reached first base on an error, bringing home Zoe Hines and Gator Robinson making the score 2-0. Hines recorded two hits in the game, while Robinson had one.Â
Up next: BC returns to action this afternoon at 2:00 p.m. when they take on Duke University in a non-conference matchup.
