Boston College is tied for the fourth-most Pro Bowl selections for a school
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- Three former Boston College Football players – DE Zach Allen (Denver Broncos), WR Zay Flowers (Baltimore Ravens), and G Chris Lindstrom (Atlanta Falcons) – were selected for the 2026 Pro Bowl Games, the NFL announced Tuesday.Â
After being named a 2024 second-team All-Pro, Allen is a Pro Bowler for the first time in his seven-year career. He has recorded 6.5 sacks and 43 quarterback hits in 2025, joining J.J. Watt as the only player since 2006 with back-to-back seasons with at least 40 quarterback hits. Allen is the first Denver Broncos interior defensive lineman since 2002 to earn a Pro Bowl bid.
Earning Pro Bowl honors for the second time in his three-year career, Flowers remains the only Baltimore Ravens player to make the Pro Bowl as a wide receiver in the team's 30-year history. The former Eagles' wideout has topped 1,000 yards for the second straight season and has a career-high 78 receptions in 2025. His 1,043 receiving yards are the third-most in the AFC. In addition, Flowers is the first player in Ravens history to record two 1,000-yard receiving seasons within the first three years of his career.
Lindstrom garnered Pro Bowl recognition for the fourth consecutive year as a member of the Atlanta Falcons. He has paved the way for running back Bijan Robinson to a league-leading 2,026 yards from scrimmage ahead of week 17, the only player in the NFL to amass 2,000 total yards thus far. In addition, Lindstrom has only missed 10 of a possible 980 offensive snaps this season for the Falcons. His 970 snaps trails only his two teammates – fellow linemen Elijah Wilkinson and Ryan Neuzil – who have played every snap on offense. Lindstrom has allowed just one sack, which is tied for the fewest among all full-time guards in the NFL this season.Â
The 2026 Pro Bowl Games include a skills competition and a 7-on-7 flag football game scheduled for February 3 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, Calif. at 6:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.Â
