Eagles' are one of five ACC schools with eight conference games next season
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- The Atlantic Coast Conference announced future opponents for each of its member institutions for the 2026 season. The Eagles' opponents next season are as follows:

Boston College plays host to Virginia Tech for the first time since 2023 in their second overall matchup of the Bill O'Brien Era. The Eagles' matchup vs. Florida State marks the first meeting since Head Coach Bill O'Brien recorded his first win as Boston College Head Coach in a 28-13 game on September 2, 2024 in Tallahassee.Â
The Eagles will look to capture their third straight home victory over Pittsburgh when the Panthers travel to Chestnut Hill next season. Similarly, Boston College will look for their fourth consecutive victory over Syracuse dating back to 2023 when the Orange play the Eagles in 2026-27.Â
For the first time since a 26-6 victory on September 19, 2020, Boston College will travel to Duke to take on the Blue Devils. After winning the previous two outings in Atlanta, the Eagles will hit the road to take on Georgia Tech for the first time since a 38-23 win on October 21, 2023.Â
Boston College will take on Miami in just their third matchup in the last 10 years. The game marks the Eagles first trip to Miami since 2011. The Eagles travel to Dallas for the second time since SMU joined the ACC ahead of the 2024 season.Â
The Eagles' Non-Conference Schedule features a trip to Cincinnati for the first time since Boston College beat the Bearcats on October 12, 1996. The programs last squared off in 2019.Â
Boston College has won their last seven matchups over Maine dating back to 1929. The Eagles haven't lost to the Black Bears since 1914.
In another edition of, "The Holy War," the Eagles will travel to South Bend for the first time since 2022, their fourth matchup at Notre Dame in the last 15 years.Â
Dating back to the turn of the century, Boston College has beaten Rutgers in six of their last seven meetings. The Eagles will host the Scarlet Knights for the first time since 2022.Â
