Volleyball Closes Regular Season Hosting UVA for Senior Day

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College volleyball team (16-15, 5-14 ACC) closes out their season hosting Virginia (12-17, 5-14 ACC) at the Margot Connell Center Saturday afternoon for their senior day.

SERIES HISTORY
UVA
This match marks the 32nd time the Cavaliers and Eagles meet. Virginia holds a 19-12 record over Boston College. The first time these teams met was in September of 2005; the most recent meeting was in October of 2025 where the Eagles recorded a 3-0 sweep.
Last time the Cavaliers and Eagles played against one another, junior Audrey Ross led the Eagles offense recording double digits in both kills and points tallying 12 kills and 13 points. Three Eagles posted seven kills, Anna Herrington, Cornelia Roach and Bella Ehrlich. Freshman Bella Ehrlich recorded a .875, three service aces and three total blocks, including one solo. Setter Lucy Mott guided the offensive effort with 32 assists, a new career high for the sophomore. Brooklyn Yelland and Lucy Mott had a combined 16 digs.

Saturday afternoon we will honor our three incredible seniors: Hanna Hoffman, Grace Milliken, Anna Herrington and graduate student, Cornelia Roach. There will be a post-game ceremony to honor all of their dedication, support and hard work they have put into this program.
