CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College women's basketball aims for a third straight win on Wednesday when it hosts Rider at 6 p.m.in Conte Forum.Â

Boston College used a balanced scoring effort in an 82-53 triumph on Sunday against UMass Lowell. Teionni McDaniel led the way with 15 points and grabbed five rebounds. Athena Tomlinson poured in a career-high 13 points on 5-of-7 shooting and dished out seven assists. Jocelyne Grier scored 12 points off the bench (10 in the second half), and Erin Houpt netted a season-high 11 points. BC assisted on 19 of its 30 baskets and hit a season-high 12 3-pointers.

Coach Williams to the Virgin Islands
First-year assistant coach Clint Williams will be with the U.S. Virgin Islands National Team this week, where they will compete in the FIBA Caribbean Basketball Women's Championship. The top-three finishers will advance to Centrobasket in August of 2026. The first game takes place tomorrow and runs through the 16th, and will be streamed on Youtube.

- Averaging 10 3-pointers through the first three games of the season, the Eagles are tied for first in the ACC and 26th in the nation. See if their strong shooting from beyond the arc continues.
- Watch if BC can continue to excel in transition both on the offensive and defensive end, as the Eagles have outscored their opponents 32-0 in fast break points over the last two games.
- The reserves scored 32 points in the win over UMass Lowell on Sunday, with Jocelyne Grier (12 points) and Erin Houpt (11 points) leading the charge. Watch if the bench can provide another spark on Wednesday.
