BOSTON COLLEGE VS. FLORIDA STATE - ALL-TIME SERIES
- Today's game marks the 23rd meeting between the two schools and is the first of two regular season matchups in 2023-24.
- Boston College is 9-13 all-time vs. Florida State.
- Last year, BC won, 75-69, at the Donald L. Tucker Center on Feb. 18, 2023. It marked the first win for the Eagles in Tallahassee in 16 years.
- The Eagles and Seminoles are 4-4 in their last eight matchups. Boston College is 7-3 all-time against Florida State at Conte Forum.
MOST IMPROVED McGLOCKTON
- Devin McGlockton is showing major jumps in several stat categories.
- Through 21 games, McGlockton is fourth on the Eagles in scoring (10.8) and second in rebounding (6.5) and blocks (1.1).
- McGlockton's per game averages have increased across the board: scoring +4.7, rebounding +2.2, and blocked shots +0.4.
- In ACC play, McGlockton is averaging 14.0 points and 7.4 rebounds.
- Year-over-year, he has almost tripled his scoring (+8.4) and more than doubled his rebounding averages (+4.2) in ACC games.

- Quinten Post is one of the best players in the country and his stat line for the Eagles this season is perfect evidence.
- He is one of two major conference players averaging at least 16.2 points, 7.6 boards, 2.8 assists, and 1.8 blocks per game.
- Using only points and rebounds: Post is one of nine major conference players averaging at least 16.2 points and 7.6 rebounds per game; six of those players are on the Wooden midseason list; two in the ACC (Flipkowski, Omier).
- Using only points and assists: Post is one of 26 major conference players to average at least 16.2 points and 2.8 assists per game. Since 1996-97, he is one of seven major conference players 6-10 or taller to average 16.2 ppg/2.8 apg.Â
- Post is also posting a 50/40/80 line of shooting percentages - at 50.0 FG%, 41.9 3FG%, and 80.0 FT%.
- Post is one of four players in the nation - and the only ACC standout - to post those percentages (min. 15.0 ppg).
