About the Eagles
Turnovers and 48 percent shooting doomed the Eagles in a 65-55 loss to Clemson on Thursday. Teya Sidberry led four players in double figures with 13 points, while grabbing seven boards. BC fell early 28-15 before cutting the lead to one possession in the third quarter. However, the Tigers responded by going back up by double digits and kept Boston College at bay.

A Win Would
- Give BC a 12-12 mark and 4-7 in the ACC.
- Snap a four-game skid.

- See if the Eagles can keep Syracuse off the offensive glass, as the Orange came away with 23 offfensive rebounds in the first matchup. 'Cuse is one of the top offensive rebounding teams in the country, averaging 16.4 per game.
- Watch if BC can get to the line on Sunday. Syracuse is 1-3 when opponents attempt at least 18 free throws.
- See if the defense can slow down the Orange offense, as Syracuse is shooting 35.7 percent from the field in its three losses (44.5 in wins).
- See the Eagles can limit their mistakes, as they have committed at least 20 turnovers in two of the past three games. They also totaled 21 turnovers in the first matchup against the Orange.

- Fair is turning in 20.9 points per game this season, leading three players who are averaging double figures.
- Kyra Wood is averaging a team-high 7.7 rebounds per game.
- Fair is also leading the team in assists (3.5) and steals (2.2) per game.
- Syracuse is first in the ACC averaging 16.8 offensive rebounds per game.
- The Orange are fourth in the league averaging 77.2 points per game.

Series History
The Eagles are 26-38 after falling it the first matchup on Syracuse's home floor, 71-64. Sidberry and Waggoner scored 12 points apiece, but the Orange grabbed 23 offensive rebounds, went 19-of-22 from the line and posted a 28-13 showing in bench scoring.
