Women's Basketball Readies for UNC on Senior Day

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College women's basketball hosts North Carolina on Thursday at 7 p.m. inside Conte Forum on Senior Day.

SENIOR DAY
The Eagles will honor their three seniors in Kaylah Ivey, JoJo Lacey and Dontavia Waggoner. All three have been a part of the program for the last four seasons.

About the Eagles
Last Time Out
Dontavia Waggoner turned in her best performance of the season, pouring in a season-high 25 points and grabbing a career-best 15 rebounds (12 offensive). She also registered four steals. BC held an early 14-3 lead but the offense went into a dry spell on offense after the opening quarter. The Fighting Irish shot over 50 percent in the final three periods en route to a 79-55 lead.

A Win Would
- Snap a 10-game skid.

- See if the Eagles can keep UNC off the line, as the Tar Heels have shot 17 or fewer free throws in seven of their losses.
- Watch if BC can limit its mistakes after committing 22 against Notre Dame. The Eagles are averaging 19.3 over the last three games. North Carolina is averaging 18.1 points off turnovers in wins (11.1 in losses).
