Eagles set to host three meets at the TRACK at new balance
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College Men's and Women's Track & Field team announced its 2024-25 indoor schedule on Monday afternoon.Â
The Eagles will open the 2024-25 campaign on Dec. 7Â with the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season opener at BU, while also hosting the Early Bird Invite at the TRACK at new balance.Â
Boston College will have a long break until returning to action on Jan. 24-25 for the Riverhawk Invite, which will be hosted by UMass Lowell at the TRACK at new balance.Â
The Eagles will later host two more meets at the TRACK at new balance, featuring top teams in the country. The Showdown on the Heights will be on Feb 7-8, while the Eagle Elite will take place on Feb. 14.Â
The 2025 ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships will be held in Louisville, Ky. and is scheduled for March 1-3 at the Norton Healthcare Sport & Learning Center. The 2025 Indoor Track & Field Championships will be in Virginia Beach, Va. from Mar. 14-15 at the Virginia Beach Sports Center.Â
Boston College Men's and Women's Track & Field teams are coming off an 2023-24 indoor season where the Eagles saw success individually. The Eagles had five individuals qualify for the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, which was hosted by the TRACK at new balance.Â
The Women's DMR team of Marie Bilo, Aoife Dunne, Molly Hudson, and Sydney Segalla placed ninth overall at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, while Steven Jackson placed 14th overall in the Men's Mile.Â
