The Eagles fall to the Crimson in a Women's dual meet on Saturday

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Boston College Women's Swimming & Diving team fell to Harvard in a Women's dual meet on Saturday afternoon at Blodgett Pool.

The Eagles and the Crimson competed in 16 total events, with BC ultimately falling to Harvard 87-213.

Samantha Smith gave the Eagles their first first-place finish on the day in the Women's 200 yard backstroke, finishing with a time of 2:00.19. Smith also earned two second-place finishes in the 100 and 200 yard butterfly events.

Megan Kramer finished first overall in the 500 yard freestyle, touching the wall with a time of 5:04.28. Kramer placed second in the Women's 1000 yard freestyle, finishing with a time of 10:21.33.

Jessica Tonole finished eighth overall in the one meter diving, while Allison McCabe placed ninth. Tonole placed seventh in the three meter diving, and McCabe finished in ninth place.
