Freshman Lauren Lee wins ACC Swimmer of the Week after three first place finishes.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Lauren Lee of the Boston College Women's Swimming & Diving team has been named the Atlantic Coast Conference Swimmer of the Week as announced on Tuesday afternoon by the conference.Â
Freshman Lauren Lee earned her first conference award after an impressive weekend in a dual meet with UMass on Saturday. The Scarsdale, N.Y. native earned two individual first place finishes in the 200 yard freestyle (1:54.52) and 50 yard freestyle (23.85), along with being a part of the 200 yard free relay team that took home first place with a time of 1:37.47.
The Eagles defeated UMass 186-114 on the Men's side and 156-142 on the Women's side. Boston College continues its 2024-25 campaign on Oct. 25 when they travel to Army for a dual meet.Â
