Women's Soccer Faces NC State and Clemson on the Road

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College Women's Soccer team hits the road for back-to-back away games against NC State and Clemson.

Both matches will air live on the ACCNX.

What's on tap:

The Eagles return to action after a bye week to take on NC State on Thursday at 7:00 p.m.
Boston College is coming off a win against Virginia Tech. The win gives the Eagles their first ACC win since 2022.
BC hits the road for two games first they head to North Carolina to take on NC State and then hit the road to take on Clemson.
If the BC pickles up the win on Friday the Eagles will have the most ACC win since the 2018 season. The Eagles have not won more than one game in the past five seasons.

Scouting NC State:

On the season NC State has only won three games. The Wolfpack picked up wins against VCU, Charlotte and George Washington.
In ACC play the Wolfpack is currently 0-3-1, their three losses came against Cal, Stanford and Louisville.
Annika Wohner leads the Wolfpack in points, Wohner has scored four different times and dished out one assist for nine points.
Olivia Pratapas has been in goal for the Wolfpack for all 12 games. Her goals-against average is 1.17 and her save percentage is .767.

Scouting Clemson

On the season Clemson currently has a record of 4-4-2. The Tigers have defeated High Point, West Virginia, Furman and Campbell.
The Tiger are on the hunt for their first ACC victory of the season, they face Pitt on Thursday, Oct. 4th.
Clemson has let their opponents score 15 times through 10 games, they have let their opponents get off a total of 51 shots on goal.
Five different Tigers have scored twice. Dani Davis leads Clemson in points she has scored one and dished out four assists.
