
Four Eagles Qualify for NCAA DI Regional Championships

INDIANAPOLIS – The NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Track and Field and Cross Country Committee has announced that Katherine Mitchell, Kyla Krawczyk, Sarah Flynn, and Paige Carter have qualified for the 2023 NCAA Division I Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships First Round competitions.
The top 48 declared student-athletes were accepted into the preliminary competitions for each individual event. The top 24 declared relay teams will be accepted into the preliminary competitions for each relay event.Â
The NCAA preliminary meets are Wednesday, May 24, to Saturday, May 27, in Jacksonville, Fla. and Sacramento, Calif.
Here are the scheduled start times for Boston College:
Thursday, May 25
7:50 p.m. - Women's 800m (Katherine Mitchell)
8:20 p.m. - Women's 400m Hurdles (Kyla Krawczyk)
Saturday, May 27
5:40 p.m. - Women's 3000m Steeplechase (Sarah Flynn)
8:10 p.m. - Women's 5000m (Paige Carter)
The qualifiers out of the East and West regions will compete in the NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships held June 7-10 in Austin, Texas.
