Motlagh and Bianchi Claim Top-15 Doubles Win in Loss to Georgia Tech

WEYMOUTH, Mass. — The Boston College Eagles fell 6-1 to Georgia Tech on Sunday afternoon, moving to .500 on the season.
The Eagles got on the board to start the match, with doubles teams of Juan Jose Bianchi and Max Motlagh, and Will Kasten and Anesh Jayasundera earning doubles victories to put BC up 1-0.
Boston College's top doubles team of Max Motlagh and Juan Jose Bianchi defeated the No. 15 doubles team in the country today, taking down Andrew Martin and Marcus McDaniel 6-3.
Motlagh fought to a third set at the top singles spot, earning a 6-4 win in the first set before Georgia Tech clinched the point.
Georgia Tech took six singles points en route to the win.
