BC Prepared for Key Week of ACC Play

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass- Boston College volleyball opens the week in a midweek clash Wednesday, Nov. 1 against Syracuse at 6 p.m. then is on the road to Raleigh, to meet NC State, Friday at 7 p.m.

Wednesday's match-up with the Orange will be the 26th meeting all-time between the two teams since 1990. The Eagles have proven victorious in nine of those last meetings winning the past match-up in three clean sets. The last time the two teams met on Nov. 13, 2022, junior Julia Haggerty added on seven kills and three blocks.

Sunday's match-up against NC State will be the twenty-seventh meeting all-time between the two teams since 2005. The Eagles are looking for its thirteenth victory against the wolfpack. The last time the two teams met on Oct. 16, 2022 the Eagles were victorious in a five set match. Current Eagles led the team, Jenna Pollock added 15 kills, Anna Murphy added 28 digs and two aces, while Grace Penn and Sophia Lambros contributed 36 assists.

The Eagles return to action Friday, Nov. 10 at 7 p.m. against NC State for Boston College's annual Red Bandanna game.
