Steven Jackson places 67th overall to lead the Eagles
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Boston College Men's Cross Country placed 13th overall at the 2023 ACC Cross Country Championships in Tallahassee, Florida Friday morning at Apalachee Regional Park..Â
Steven Jackson finished 67th overall to lead the Eagles, clocking a time of 24:30.6 in the Men's eight-kilometer course.Â
Peter Fox completed the course with a time of 24:41.1, placing him 79th overall. A trio of Eagles finished within 15 seconds of each other. John Garvey crossed the finish line in 97th place, with a time of 25:15.5. Cruz Brown finished at 25:30.0, placing 106th, while Andrew Healey (25:31.2) was the final scorer for the Eagles.  Â
Eero Helenius (25:32.3) placed 109th, while Friend Weiler (25:55.7), Nick Loffredo (26:11.2), Sam Ellis (26:54.9), and Aidan Brancaccio (27:21.6) rounded out the group of Eagles who competed today.Â
As a team, Boston College placed 13th overall, compiling 394 points. North Carolina (49) won the team title, followed by Syracuse (65), Virginia (77), Notre Dame (86), and Florida State (117) to round out the top-five.
