
Eagles Compete at Suffolk Ice Breaker Invitational

BOSTON – The Boston College women's track & field team started off 2023 at the TRACK at new balance for the Suffolk Ice Breaker Invitational on Saturday, January 14.
The Eagles picked up right where they left off from their last meet on December 3 with two top-five finishes from Charli Beekman (60m) and Kate Clark (800m) -Â who placed fourth and third in their respective events.
Beekman (eighth) also earned herself a top-10 finish in the 200m dash alongside her teammate Jolene Murphy who placed sixth.
Sophia Schwartz (ninth) and Erin Kolenda (tenth) wrapped up the top-10 finishers for Boston College in the 60m dash preliminaries, but just barely missed the qualifying top-eight by 0.03 and 0.10 seconds respectively.
