CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College rowing team will return to Lake Quinsigamond and the Women's Eastern Sprints this weekend, hitting the water in Worcester on Sunday.

Sunday marks the final race day of preparation for the Eagles ahead of the ACC Championship, which is set to take place May 13-14 at Clemson.

-The Eagles took on Penn, University of Central Florida, Miami, North Carolina and Bucknell in the first round on Friday before racing against Temple, Oklahoma, Duke and Miami in the evening … BC then faced Penn, Duke, Navy, Boston University and Temple on Saturday.

-The Eagles have not competed in the Women's Eastern Sprints since 2019 – with the race not taking place the last two springs.
-In 2019, BC's Varsity Four raced in the grand final and finished in a time of 7:57.808 … the Varsity Eight completed the Petite Final in 6:53.532, while the Second Varsity Eight took third in the Petite Final with a time of 6:57.407.
