Eagles Conclude Successful Weekend at Virginia Challenge

Marne Sullivan runs season-best 2:08.10 in 800m
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — The Eagles wrapped up competition at the Virginia Challenge on Saturday.
During Saturday's action, Anna Cleary posted a PR in the 400m hurdles, running a time of 1:02.89. The Eagles' 4x400m relay team posted a season-best time of 3:44.27. Marne Sullivan clocked a season-best 2:08.10 in the 800m.
On Friday night at the Virginia Challenge, Lauren White and Anna Oeser shined in the 5,000m invitational, clocking personal best times. White clocked a time of 15:54.86, placing eighth. Oeser crossed the line in 16:06.32, good for 14th place.
Emma Kinney clocked a personal-best 56.55 in the 400m.
The Eagles also competed at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational in Dedham, Mass. on Friday. Isabella Bruno won the high jump (1.65m) to lead a 1-2-3 sweep for BC. She also placed second in the long jump, with a leap of 5.46m.
Sarah Heckel was second in the 400m hurdles, in a time of 1:05.12. Maureen Lewin clocked a 2:11.66 to place second in the 800m. The BC 4x400m relay team in a time of 4:09.07.
