The Eagles trailed by nine coming out of the first half before outscoring the Cavaliers in the third period, 24-7. Cameron Swartz netted a game-high 18 points, while Marnelle Garraud (14 points) and Taylor Soule (10 points) scored in double figures. Maria Gakdeng put forth an all-around effort, grabbing a personal-high 16 rebounds, scoring eight points, and tied a personal-best with five blocks. BC hit a season-high 28 free throws while scoring 19 points off 23 UVA turnovers.Â
