UNH, BU Up Next for the Eagles

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College women's hockey team will play two Hockey East contests this weekend, traveling to face New Hampshire on Friday, Feb. 4 before returning home to host Boston University at Kelley Rink on Saturday, Feb. 5.

Friday's contest between the Wildcats and Eagles will begin at 6 p.m. while Saturday's Battle of Comm Ave is slated for a 3 p.m. puck drop, and both can be seen on SportsLive. All Hockey East games this season will be made available across the U.S. and internationally on SportsLive, while all games televised on NESN and NESN+ and other select matchups will also be made available on CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports app outside of New England.

• New Hampshire enters Friday's contest at 9-15-2 overall and 7-11-1 in Hockey East play.
• The Wildcats played two games last weekend, earning a 2-1 road win at Merrimack before falling 4-2 to Vermont.
• UNH is 3-3-0 in its last six games, picking up two home wins over Providence in addition to the victory at Merrimack.

SERIES HISTORY AGAINST NEW HAMPSHIRE
• Friday's meeting will be the 78th all-time meeting between Boston and New Hampshire since the Eagles elevated to varsity status in 1994-95.
• Boston College won the first two meetings of the year, picking up a 2-1 win at Kelley Rink on Oct. 15, 2021 before a 3-2 comeback win the next night in Durham.
• The Eagles took both meetings in 2020-21 ... in the first game of the 2020-21 season in Durham on Nov. 20, 2020 in a 6-2 win, Gaby Roy scored four goals ... the next day at Kelley Rink, Jillian Fey scored the game-winning goal while Hannah Bilka had a short-handed tally.

• The Terriers took the first meeting of the season, a wild 5-4 affair at Walter Brown Arena on Nov. 21.
