Boston College closes out the regular season on Saturday, Nov. 26 at home vs. Syracuse
The Fighting Irish began the scoring less than three minutes into the contest, with a 26-yard field goal and built a 17-0 first quarter lead. Notre Dame added two more field goals and two touchdowns in the second quarter, taking a 37-0 lead into the halftime break. Boston College committed four touchdowns through the first 30 minutes of play.
In the second half, Notre Dame added a third quarter score to extend its lead.
Emmett Morehead finished 9-for-22, for 117 yards and three interceptions. Zay Flowers caught three passes for 46 yards, while Alex Broome tallied 25 yards rushing and 25 yard receiving on the afternoon. Vinny DePalma led BC with 12 tackles (nine solo), while Jaiden Woodbey added seven tackles (six solo). Kam Arnold made six stops.
The Eagles close out the 2022 regular season at Alumni Stadium next Saturday, Nov. 26, at 7:30 p.m. when they host Syracuse.
