
Eagles Earn Win At Merrimack In Hockey East Opener

Four Eagles scored and Grace Campbell made 32 saves in her first career start.
NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – Four different Eagles scored and Grace Campbell made 32 saves as the Boston College women's hockey team earned a 4-1 win over Merrimack on Thursday night at Lawler Rink.
In addition to Campbell's first career win, the victory also marked the 500th win in program history.
Hannah Bilka's short-handed tally opened the scoring in the first period and then Katie Pyne, Abby Newhook and Gaby Roy closed things out for the Eagles.

- The Eagles went 1-for-4 on the power play while Merrimack was 1-for-5.

- Kelly Browne picked up her 20th career game-winning assist.
- This marked BC's fifth consecutive win in the Hockey East opener.
